When can I expect to receive my estimate?
You repair estimate will be available and ready for review in your Amplified portal account within 24 hours of uploading your inspection report. We will also send you an email as soon as your estimate has been released.

How are prices determined?
Our AI driven application is constantly monitoring market pricing using local labor rates and material costs to give you the very best pricing in your market. And because we never place a margin on our pricing, you can trust that our pricing is ACCURATE and in-line with what you’ll pay through any contractor in your market. 

What areas do you service?
Because of our diverse AI capabilities, we can provide quality repair estimates for any area in the U.S.

Can I request repair service through you?
Yes, we have a Project Request option from your Amplified portal account. Simply choose a contractor and the items you would like repaired, and submit your project request. Your contractor will then contact you to schedule the repair work, and you will pay them directly like you would any other contractor.

Do I have to use one of your contractors?
No. Of course we would love for you to use one of our licensed & vetted contractors (we are very selective about the contractors we recommend), but the beauty of Amplified is that our pricing will be in-line with just about any licensed contractor in your area. Feel free to use any contractor you are comfortable with.

How does scheduling and coordinating repairs work?
Should you choose to work with one of our contractors, from your Amplified portal account, choose the repair items you would like to schedule repairs on from your repair estimate. Select a contractor from our list of preferred contractors. Submit your Project Request and your contractor will contact you soon to schedule the work with you.
